This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Oversee and facilitate escrow transactions from inception to conclusion, ensuring all necessary documentation and funds are managed with precision.
• Examine and confirm escrow instructions, purchase agreements, and other pertinent transaction documents to verify adherence to legal and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and various stakeholders to collect essential information and documentation for each transaction.
• Draft and evaluate escrow documentation, including settlement statements, closing disclosures, and other related forms.
• Track and monitor transaction progress, guaranteeing that all deadlines are adhered to and that any issues are swiftly addressed.
• Disburse escrow funds according to contractual agreements and ensure precise recording of all transactions.
• Conduct final assessments of closing documents to confirm their accuracy and completeness prior to distribution.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to escrow transactions, collaborating closely with title officers and other internal teams as necessary.
• Maintain systematic and accurate records of all escrow transactions, including documentation and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including RESPA, TRID, and other relevant guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, providing transaction status updates, and addressing any concerns or issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• 2-4 years of experience as an Escrow Processor or in a comparable role within the title or real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of escrow processes, title insurance, and real estate transactions.
• Proficient in escrow and title software (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest, or ResWare) as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple transactions and deadlines concurrently.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in the preparation and review of documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, lenders, agents, and other stakeholders.
