This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
• The Title Analyst is accountable for the thorough and effective examination and interpretation of title abstracts, certified title opinions, and associated documents.
• Effectively communicates ownership and curative analyses in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensures confidentiality in all business-related activities.
• Recognizes priorities and deadlines as communicated by the Manager or Title Analyst III/IV.
• Leverages all available tools to conduct timely analyses that support the company's objectives.
• Employs company-specific computer programs designed for the storage, management, and tracking of information and documents.
• Analyzes legal documents and law firm work products, identifying any issues present.
• High school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in reviewing titles or drafting title opinions.
• High proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of oil and gas title review and analysis relevant to the company’s operational area.
