TikTok Shop Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the TikTok Shop account.

• Liaise directly with TikTok representatives and partners.

• Manage product listings, ensuring they are updated and optimized.

• Create and oversee new product listings.

• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and performance optimization of listings.

• Structure the catalog for scalability.

• Collaborate with creators and affiliates to promote products effectively.

• Coordinate campaigns and ensure their seamless execution.

• Assist in managing relationships with creators.

• Streamline and organize existing workflows and systems.

• Develop processes to facilitate the scaling of TikTok Shop operations.

• Identify inefficiencies and implement necessary improvements.

• Transition into a managerial position overseeing a team.

• Delegate tasks and ensure accountability among team members.

• Contribute to building and scaling the TikTok Shop function internally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing TikTok Shop accounts, with a minimum of 2 years.

• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop operations, listings, and the ecosystem.

• Experience in coordinating with TikTok representatives.

• Ability to manage multiple workflows and engage with various stakeholders.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient communication skills in English (C1 level).

• Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

• Experience with Amazon, particularly in Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

• Familiarity with working alongside creators or affiliate programs.

• Previous experience in a leadership or management capacity.

• Background in eCommerce operations.
