TikTok Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Produce and upload 3–5 TikTok videos weekly focusing on side hustles, gig work, and remote earning opportunities.

• Independently script, film, and edit videos that are both trend-aware and aligned with our brand.

• Keep abreast of trending sounds, formats, and challenges to enhance reach.

• Interact with comments and foster community engagement around the NoGigiddy TikTok account.

• Work together with the social and content teams to integrate campaign tie-ins.

• Monitor video performance metrics and refine strategies based on what boosts views and follower growth.

• Adapt high-performing content for use on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• A degree is not necessary.

• Demonstrated TikTok presence — whether personal or professional, we’d love to see your creations.

• Comfortable appearing on camera with the ability to craft attention-grabbing and engaging hooks.

• Basic video editing proficiency (using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar applications).

• Thorough understanding of TikTok culture, current trends, and the platform's algorithm.

• Consistent and dependable — content calendars require diligent management.

• Bonus: experience in personal finance, the gig economy, or career-related content is a plus.
