This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Assume complete responsibility for resolving key cases, managing customer engagement, communication, case progression, and internal collaboration.
• Respond with understanding to customer needs, acknowledging their operational challenges and deadlines.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members, other departments, and management to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Document solutions and create written guidance outlining resolution steps and procedures.
• Actively seek to enhance knowledge of the Keyloop product suite and related tools.
• Report issues, suggest process enhancements, and identify support tools.
• Provide effective coaching and mentoring to colleagues to facilitate case resolution and foster knowledge growth.
• Understanding and familiarity with accounting terminology and concepts.
• Capability to efficiently plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Expertise or knowledge related to a specific Keyloop product/module.
• Strong investigation, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge and comprehension of customer expectations.
• Ability to engage with various levels of Keyloop customers and internal stakeholders.
• Skill in explaining complex problems, issues, and accounting concepts in straightforward terms.
• Experience in accounting.
• Familiarity with International and Standard Accounting practices.
• Experience interacting with customers across multiple channels while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
