• Take charge of the customer implementation process and the success metrics to promote the adoption of new Pelvic Health therapies within selected accounts.
• Establish a solid foundation for customer and procedural autonomy and program expansion.
• Assist medical professionals in the safe and effective utilization of new therapies, including implants and technologies that facilitate procedural success.
• Offer education and technical assistance to healthcare professionals to improve their understanding, application, and long-term adoption of new therapies.
• Identify challenges in implementation and broader adoption, determining the most effective solutions.
• Conduct reviews with healthcare provider teams to present metrics on implementation progress, celebrate successes, and address any challenges.
• Collect and analyze feedback from physicians and clinical teams to pinpoint areas needing improvement, optimization, and long-term adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a successful product launch.
• Work with the District Manager, Marketing, Medical Education, and Field Market Development to identify current and future needs concerning procedure market development at targeted accounts.
• Create and implement therapy development plans for each target account to support ongoing adoption.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and staff at supported sites.
• Serve as a liaison between the company and healthcare provider teams to address any inquiries or concerns regarding new products.
• Provide on-site technical support during initial procedures to ensure correct usage.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with technical guidance and troubleshooting during procedures.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines during product use in the OR/ASC/Office.
• Stay informed about the latest clinical publications.
• Attend at least one physician training, potentially supporting the cadaver portion of that training.
• In alignment with applicable Medtronic policies and procedures, distribute new support materials (e.g., case publications, case libraries, etc.) to healthcare professionals.
• Share insights and best practices with internal teams.
• Keep updated on the latest advancements in relevant technology and surgical techniques.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of training programs and technical support processes.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Advanced degree or certification in a relevant field (Preferred).
• Experience with product launch and market introduction of medical devices (Preferred).
• Proven record of successful physician training and/or case coverage (Preferred).
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and medical device technology (Preferred).
• Confidence in providing constructive feedback to physicians to enhance performance (Preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities (Preferred).
• Capability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional partners to evaluate and address barriers to full adoption (Preferred).
• Ability to manage change in a manner that alleviates concerns experienced by others (Preferred).
