Therapist – Older Adults, LISW, IMFT, LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment.

• Create tailored treatment plans to address the specific needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being a member of a cooperative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Must be licensed in Ohio.

• Hold a Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Previous experience working with older adults or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is necessary.

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous — we manage it regardless.
