Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW / LMFT / LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment.

• Create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct needs of each individual patient.

• Operate autonomously while being part of a collaborative and nurturing care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation utilizing our optimized EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Must be licensed in Massachusetts.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.
