Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors in a virtual environment.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

• Function independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive healthcare team.

• Efficiently manage documentation using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Licensed to practice in Iowa.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is a plus — we handle it either way.
