Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC-MHSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior clients in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation using our streamlined EMR and AI-powered documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Must be licensed in Tennessee.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience in working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is a plus; we handle billing regardless.
