Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy services to older adults through a virtual platform.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the distinct needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation utilizing our streamlined EMR and AI documentation systems.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and partake in clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Hold a valid license in Wisconsin.

• Earned a master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous — we manage it either way.
