Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual format.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being integrated into a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation utilizing our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Must be licensed in Colorado.

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience with older adults or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is a plus — we manage it either way.
