Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LCMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional, evidence-informed psychotherapy to elderly clients through a virtual platform.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the distinct needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being an integral part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation utilizing our optimized EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular, compensated case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent designation.

• Licensed to practice in North Carolina.

• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Previous experience with older adults or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous — we manage it regardless.
