Therapist – LCSW/LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient environments, employing evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to create and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Ensure precise and timely clinical documentation in full compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

• Actively engage in scheduled clinical supervision, consultation meetings, and team discussions.

• Follow structured therapy protocols and programmatic care models to maintain clinical consistency and excellence.

• Respond competently to clinical crises and strictly adhere to established risk-management protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work.

• Current independent clinical licensure in California (LCSW or LMFT).

• Prior clinical experience in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), hospitals, or medical centers is highly preferred.

• Proven proficiency in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.

• Skilled in utilizing telehealth platforms and conducting remote clinical work.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation abilities.
