This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Fully remote outpatient therapy role

• Working with lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and others)

• Standard session durations (60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions)

• Steady outpatient caseload with clear, transparent objectives

• No responsibilities for inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls

• Access to an in-house referral network connecting to psychiatrists

• Comprehensive operational assistance including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing

• Autonomy in treatment decision-making

• Opportunity to influence your schedule and weekly availability within the operational framework

• Clinical methodology adheres to evidence-based standards

• Care requirements are defined by practicing clinicians, promoting professional judgment and shared accountability for quality

• You will work independently, with clinical leadership available for consultation and support

⛳️ Requirements

• Therapists must be independently licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)

• Must hold an active, unrestricted license (support for multi-state licensing available)

• Required to possess two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)

• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload effectively

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and capacity for independent decision-making

• Comfort in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting

• (Highly desired) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospitals, IOP, or other structured clinical environments

• (Highly desired) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
