This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Fully remote outpatient therapy services

• Focus on lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, among others)

• Standardized session durations (60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions)

• Steady outpatient caseload with clear and transparent goals

• No responsibilities for inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls

• In-house referral network connecting to and from psychiatrists

• Comprehensive operational support, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing

• Autonomy in treatment decision-making

• Influence over your schedule and weekly availability within operational guidelines

• Clinical practice aligned with evidence-based standards

• Care expectations are established by practicing clinicians, promoting professional judgment and shared accountability for quality outcomes.

• You will practice independently, with accessible clinical leadership available for consultation and support. Our focus is on minimizing administrative tasks to enable you to concentrate on patient care. This model is particularly suited for clinicians who prioritize delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to their patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Therapists must hold independent licenses (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)

• Active, unrestricted license (support for multi-state licensing is available)

• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)

• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload comfortably

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and capacity for independent decision-making

• Comfort in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting

• (Highly preferred) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments

• (Highly preferred) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
