This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Fully remote outpatient therapy positions available.

• Focus on lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and others).

• Standard session durations, including 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.

• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with clear and transparent goals.

• Responsibilities do not include inpatient care, IOP/PHP, or crisis call duties.

• Utilize an in-house referral network for connections with psychiatrists.

• Receive comprehensive operational support, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.

• Enjoy autonomy in treatment decision-making.

• Have input on your schedule and weekly availability while adhering to operational guidelines.

• Employ a clinical approach grounded in evidence-based standards.

• Care expectations are developed by practicing clinicians, emphasizing professional judgment and shared accountability for quality outcomes.

• Work independently while having access to clinical leadership for consultation and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent).

• Hold an active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support is available).

• Possess two or more active and independent state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).

• Comfortable managing a consistent outpatient caseload.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication abilities, and independent decision-making skills are essential.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient environment.

• (Highly desired) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings.

• (Highly desired) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care).
