This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Fully remote outpatient therapy services.
• Working with lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and others).
• Standard session durations include 60-minute intake sessions and follow-ups.
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with clear and transparent goals.
• No responsibilities for inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls.
• Access to an in-house referral network for collaboration with psychiatrists.
• Comprehensive operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
• Autonomy in treatment decision-making.
• Flexibility to influence your schedule and weekly availability within operational parameters.
• Adherence to evidence-based clinical standards in your approach.
• Must be an independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Possess an active, unrestricted license (support for multi-state licensing is available).
• Hold two or more independent and active state licenses (with the exception of CA, NY, and MA).
• Comfortable managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to make independent decisions.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient environment.
• (Highly desired) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings.
• (Highly desired) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care).
• W-2 employment options available for both full-time and part-time roles.
• Competitive salary starting at $70k, with the potential to earn up to $20k in incentives.
