This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Fully remote outpatient therapy services.

• Working with lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and others).

• Standard session durations (60-minute intakes and follow-up appointments).

• Steady outpatient caseload with clear, transparent goals.

• No responsibilities related to inpatient care, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls.

• Access to an in-house referral network connecting to psychiatrists.

• Comprehensive operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.

• Autonomy in treatment decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Therapists must be independently licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent).

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license (support for multi-state licensing available).

• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).

• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload comfortably.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making abilities.

• Comfort in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient environment.

• (Highly desired) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings.

• (Highly desired) Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care).
