This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Fully remote outpatient therapy role
• Servicing lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and more)
• Standard session durations (60-minute intake sessions and follow-ups)
• Steady outpatient caseload with clear and transparent goals
• No responsibilities related to inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls
• In-house referral network connecting to and from psychiatrists
• Comprehensive operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing
• Autonomy in treatment decision-making
• Ability to influence your schedule and weekly availability within operational guidelines
• Clinical practice adhering to evidence-based standards
• Care expectations are informed by practicing clinicians, enhancing professional judgment and shared accountability for quality.
• You will practice independently, with accessible clinical leadership available for consultation and support. Our goal is to alleviate administrative burdens so you can concentrate on patient care. This model is ideal for clinicians who prioritize delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to their patients.
• Therapists must be independently licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
• Must hold an active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support is available)
• Two or more active and independent state licenses (with the exception of CA, NY, and MA)
• Comfortable managing a steady outpatient caseload
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting
• (Highly desired) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments
• (Highly desired) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
