Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• 100% remote outpatient therapy services

• Serving lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and more)

• Standard session durations, including 60-minute intake sessions and follow-ups

• Consistent outpatient caseload with clearly defined and transparent objectives

• No responsibilities for inpatient care, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls

• Access to an in-house referral network connecting to psychiatrists

• Comprehensive operational support, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing

• Autonomous decision-making in treatment

• Flexibility in scheduling and weekly availability within operational guidelines

• Clinical practices aligned with evidence-based standards

• Care expectations guided by practicing clinicians

⛳️ Requirements

• Therapists must be independently licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)

• Must hold an active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support is available)

• Possession of two or more active independent state licenses (with the exception of CA, NY, and MA)

• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload comfortably

• Strong clinical judgment, communication abilities, and independent decision-making skills

• Comfort in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient environment

• (Highly desired) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings

• (Highly desired) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
