This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Fully remote outpatient therapy services.
• Working with lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and others).
• Standard session durations of 60 minutes for both intakes and follow-ups.
• Consistent outpatient caseload with clearly defined and transparent goals.
• No responsibilities for inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls.
• Access to an in-house referral network connecting to and from psychiatrists.
• Comprehensive operational support covering scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
• Autonomy in making treatment decisions.
• Opportunity to influence your schedule and weekly availability within operational parameters.
• Clinical practices aligned with evidence-based standards.
• Care expectations are determined by practicing clinicians, emphasizing professional judgment and shared accountability for quality outcomes.
• You will practice independently, supported by accessible clinical leadership for consultation.
• Therapists must hold an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
• An active, unrestricted license is required (support for multi-state licensing is available).
• Must possess two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload comfortably.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making capabilities are essential.
• Comfort in practicing within a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient environment.
• (Highly preferred) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings.
• (Highly preferred) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care).
