This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a small, multidisciplinary team comprising a psychiatric physician, an RN Director, and a CNA to deliver exceptional care to our Older Adult patients as prescribed.

• Provide therapeutic services through group, individual, and family therapy sessions within a geriatric intensive outpatient setting.

• Engage in community education initiatives for local medical facilities and various community groups, emphasizing the significance of behavioral health for everyone, particularly older adults.

• Collaborate with the program team to lead treatment team meetings; create and revise patient-centered treatment plans; and ensure compliant documentation is completed within a specified timeframe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensure: A valid License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state, which may include LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc. – required
