Texas Licensed Psychiatrist, Collaborative Physician – Women's Health, PRN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and collaborate with nurse practitioners to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

• Support and evaluate clinical decision-making processes.

• Conduct regular and thorough patient chart reviews in accordance with state regulations.

• Provide availability for virtual consultations with nurse practitioners.

• Work alongside the clinical and leadership team to develop and implement effective strategies and workflow processes.

• Commit approximately 1–2 hours each month.

• Collaborate with clinicians and the chief medical officer to deliver exceptional patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified Psychiatrist, licensed in Texas is required (IMLC preferred).

• Current DEA registration is necessary.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical guidelines and best practices.

• Experience in medical evaluation and medication management, including SSRIs, SNRIs, and other related pharmacologic therapies.

• Prior telehealth experience is essential.

• Familiarity with evaluation, management, and diagnostic coding.

• Experience working with prenatal and postpartum families.

• Minimum of 1 year of collaborative psychiatric clinical experience.

• Clinical decision-making skills using evidence-based care models.

• Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Willingness to learn new programs swiftly.
