This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee and collaborate with nurse practitioners to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
β’ Support and evaluate clinical decision-making processes.
β’ Conduct regular and thorough patient chart reviews in accordance with state regulations.
β’ Provide availability for virtual consultations with nurse practitioners.
β’ Work alongside the clinical and leadership team to develop and implement effective strategies and workflow processes.
β’ Commit approximately 1β2 hours each month.
β’ Collaborate with clinicians and the chief medical officer to deliver exceptional patient care.
β’ Board Certified Psychiatrist, licensed in Texas is required (IMLC preferred).
β’ Current DEA registration is necessary.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of clinical guidelines and best practices.
β’ Experience in medical evaluation and medication management, including SSRIs, SNRIs, and other related pharmacologic therapies.
β’ Prior telehealth experience is essential.
β’ Familiarity with evaluation, management, and diagnostic coding.
β’ Experience working with prenatal and postpartum families.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of collaborative psychiatric clinical experience.
β’ Clinical decision-making skills using evidence-based care models.
β’ Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Willingness to learn new programs swiftly.
