Test Position – React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluating user requirements to address inquiries and issues in collaboration with the technology team;

• Engaging directly with candidates to deliver a more personalized service experience;

• Developing, consolidating, and overseeing KPIs to enhance service efficiency and quality;

⛳️ Requirements

• A sense of ownership: individuals who can take full responsibility for a critical pillar at Gupy;

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and a customer-centric approach;

• Proficient in advanced Excel;

• Availability for 6 hours daily, with a flexible schedule;

• Some background in programming and/or website development is advantageous.
