Test Lead – Brazil Tax Reform Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive testing activities for the Brazil Tax Reform initiative.

• Manage SIT, UAT, regression, smoke, and integration testing cycles.

• Develop and update test plans, test scenarios, and track execution progress.

• Facilitate defect management within ALM and prioritize issue resolution alongside technical and functional teams.

• Assist business users during UAT execution and offer testing guidance.

• Track testing progress and relay risks, blockers, and status updates to project leadership.

• Ensure alignment between business requirements, functional specifications, and test coverage.

• Coordinate cross-functional testing that includes SAP and external systems.

• Aid in go-live preparation, cutover activities, and hypercare stabilization.

• Collaborate closely with PMO, SAP consultants, developers, Basis, security, and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst in SAP projects.

• Background in tax-related implementations and regulatory projects.

• Strong grasp of testing methodologies, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, integration testing, and smoke testing.

• Proficiency with ALM or comparable test management tools.

• Excellent defect management and reporting capabilities.

• Experience in coordinating global or large-scale testing efforts.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in English for participation in global meetings.

• Technical knowledge of SAP ERP / S4HANA.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Brazil Tax Reform initiatives.

• Knowledge of SAP tax solutions and localization.

• Understanding of SoD and compliance validation.
