
Territory Sales Representative, Northwest

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Act as the representative of the Minor Figures brand within the designated Northwest territory in the On Premise/Cafe channel.
• Achieve revenue targets and strategic business goals in the assigned region.
• Drive sales and manage distribution throughout the territory.
• Identify and engage potential new partners through a relationship-focused approach.
• Regularly visit existing operators and accounts to retain and expand business.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local distributors.
• Identify prospective customers and monitor opportunities within the CRM pipeline.
• Lead forecasting efforts for both existing and new accounts alongside sales leadership and Sales Operations.
• Onboard, train, and enhance sales with new distributors.
• Provide support for marquee or strategic accounts as necessary.
• Educate, sample, and assist distributor representatives, cafe partners, and operators.
• Plan weekly routes to optimize daily field activities.
• Create an accurate territory pipeline and forecasts utilizing Minor Figures tools.
• Engage in internal team calls to share best practices, competitor insights, and market trends.
• Collaborate with leadership on development initiatives and quarterly objectives.
• Represent Minor Figures in a professional and authentic manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coffee, hospitality, and foodservice industry trends.
• Relevant experience in sales and business development within the cafe channel.
• In-depth knowledge of the Northwest area and geography.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong understanding of early-stage business dynamics.
• Proven experience in developing, managing, and achieving market-level KPIs across various client levels.
• Highly organized with exceptional project and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Slack, Google Suite, and CRM software.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to be in the field five days a week.
• Availability to travel overnight up to 25% for trade shows, company meetings, or sales-related activities.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Ability and willingness to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must reside in Portland, Oregon.
