This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and oversee all sales operations within a designated geographic area.
• Create and implement a growth strategy for the territory aimed at attracting new customers, enhancing existing accounts, and boosting market presence.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, jobsite visits, client meetings, and other business development initiatives.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with contractors, construction firms, industrial facilities, municipalities, event coordinators, and other target clients.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to clients to uncover opportunities, reinforce relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and present proposals, quotes, and service solutions tailored to meet customer requirements while optimizing revenue potential.
• Consistently communicate all relevant service offerings, pricing, and value-added solutions to clients.
• Manage and keep an active sales pipeline, ensuring that all opportunities, activities, and customer engagements are accurately recorded within the company’s CRM system, ZOHO.
• Work closely with operations, customer service, and management teams to guarantee successful service execution and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to identify growth potential and formulate competitive strategies.
• Achieve or surpass set goals for sales, revenue, prospecting, and account development.
• Engage in sales meetings, training sessions, and company initiatives aimed at enhancing performance and fostering business growth.
• Uphold a professional image while representing TOI TOI USA in the field and within the served communities.
• Demonstrated experience in outside sales, territory sales, or business development with a solid record of accomplishments.
• Dependable, committed, and self-driven, exhibiting the determination, follow-through, and resilience needed to cultivate a territory and secure new business.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant asset.
• Strong skills in prospecting, relationship building, overcoming objections, and closing new business deals.
• Previous experience selling to contractors, construction firms, industrial clients, municipalities, event organizers, or similar customer segments is preferred.
• Comfortable spending considerable time in the field engaging with clients, visiting job sites, and developing business within an assigned territory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage a sales territory with accountability, discipline, and consistency.
• Ability to establish trust with clients and work collaboratively with internal teams.
• Familiarity with using a CRM system to track pipeline activities, customer interactions, and sales progression.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to identify customer needs and suggest practical service solutions.
• Professional, resilient, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
