This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
• Frequent traveler – willing to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Cultivating high-performing partnerships — collaborating with distributors, retailers, and contractors to enhance outcomes instead of merely sustaining relationships.
• Taking complete ownership — managing your territory plan, prioritizing effectively, and achieving results independently.
• Implementing strategies in the field — training teams on Sashco products, supporting merchandising and promotions throughout the territory, and occasionally participating in national events.

• Knowledgeable — proactively enhancing understanding of the company, industry, and its values.
• 2–3+ years of experience in outside sales or territory management (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% is essential.
• Proven track record of success in both new business development and account expansion.
• Background in building materials, home improvement, or a comparable industry (preferred).
• Familiarity with the Challenger sales methodology (preferred).
• Experience in merchandising or in-store execution.
• Proven experience engaging with wholesale distributors and retail accounts.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions and influence decisions.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must successfully pass drug and background screenings.
