This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategically enhance market share by conducting competitive analyses of dealer and customer organizations within the specified geographic area.
• Implement performance improvement initiatives through on-site training and consulting for the current dealer and customer network.
• Identify, develop, and train essential dealer and customer personnel to optimize sales of Supreme products.
• Organize webinars and seminars focusing on sales and service topics to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Maximize the utilization of tools and programs by dealers to provide a consistent customer experience and enhance dealer performance.
• Identify, qualify, select, and establish relationships with prospective dealers.
• Prepare and present new dealer opportunities, along with recommendations for the termination or improvement of existing dealers, to management.
• Support Dealer Recognition initiatives, including the Dealer Rewards Program.
• Address and resolve sales and service issues faced by dealers and customers.
• Monitor dealer and customer preferences to align sales efforts accordingly.
• Review sales reports and engage with dealers and customers to project sales and profitability.
• Advise dealers on company policies and operational procedures.
• Represent Supreme International at trade association meetings to promote products.
• Review relevant legislation, laws, and public policy, recommending applicable changes.
• Evaluate the marketing potential of dealer store locations and prioritize territory marketing expenditures.
• Collaborate with the IT department on technology projects, including the maintenance of CRM systems.
• Maintain records of quotes, prospects, dealer users, and sales orders.
• Track sales activities effectively.
• Lead dealer training sessions and provide support to dealers and customers.
• Represent Supreme International, a North American manufacturer of feed mixers for the dairy and livestock industry, across the Northeast US territory.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Sales CRM, and ERP software.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• High level of professionalism.
• Exceptional prospecting and closing skills.
• Competence in sales planning, including forecasting and time management.
• Knowledge of territory management and market insights.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher education, or equivalent work experience.
• Over 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Approximately 50% travel required.
