This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct sales outreach to healthcare professionals to promote medical products.
• Develop, nurture, and sustain relationships with stakeholders in hospitals, OBLs, and ASCs.
• Provide healthcare professionals with product information and demonstrations.
• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to formulate effective sales strategies.
• Report sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to leadership.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, product innovations, and the competitive landscape.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements.
• Attend medical conferences and events to network with prospective clients.
• Implement strategic territory planning and identify high-potential accounts.
• Displace competitive products and penetrate accounts involving physicians, administration, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Educate physicians and provide case support in Cath lab/OR environments.
• Train physicians and staff on device usage and procedural integration.
• Troubleshoot during live cases.
• Initiate new accounts and manage lengthy sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Travel extensively within the territory and occasionally nationwide for key meetings.
• Operate independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Proven track record in medical device sales with 7–10 years preferred in peripheral or coronary interventions or endovascular markets.
• Comprehensive understanding of vascular anatomy, PAD, CTO, and procedural workflows.
• Established or potentially develop relationships with interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and interventional radiologists.
• Experience navigating Value Analysis Committees (VAC) and supply chain dynamics.
• Ability to manage accounts in OBLs, ASCs, and hospitals.
• Consistently exceed quotas in capital and/or disposable device sales.
• Strategic planning for territory and identification of high-potential accounts.
• Provide physician education and case support in Cath lab/OR settings.
• Knowledge of competitive economic selling, ROI modeling, and reimbursement processes.
• Multi-touch account penetration strategies across physicians, administration, and supply chain.
• Capability to discuss device mechanism of action and clinical data at a peer-to-peer level.
• Proficient in training physicians and staff on device use and procedural integration.
• Strong aptitude for troubleshooting in live case scenarios.
• Understanding of competitive devices, including wires, atherectomy, IVL, CTO crossing devices, balloons, and stents.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to initiate new accounts.
• Resilience in navigating long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Credible presence in the lab with confidence in interactions with KOLs and clinical discussions.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the territory and occasionally nationally.
• Coachable team player dedicated to ongoing development.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Must currently reside in Southern California, preferably Los Angeles.
