This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Drive sales through leading business development and acquisition efforts within the designated territory.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales of Ormco products and solutions.
• Act as the key relationship builder and customer-facing representative for orthodontists and their teams.
• Develop business plans and territory-specific strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Balance the retention of existing business, expansion of current accounts, and the cultivation of new ones to promote revenue growth.
• Sell Ormco products and solutions to meet or exceed assigned quotas and objectives.
• Establish customer trust through a consultative sales approach.
• Persuade doctors and staff to purchase and utilize Ormco and AOA products.
• Regularly engage with orthodontists and their staff to promote products, share new information, and collect feedback.
• Understand customers' clinical practices, business operations, and treatment philosophies.
• Conduct thorough territory analysis and planning, including organization of block plans, management of aging receivables, and adherence to budget guidelines.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory and coordinate meetings with both established and potential accounts.
• Identify and qualify customer needs, providing timely responses and solutions.
• Manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines for quoted products and solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to define product and service needs and specifications.
• Monitor product performance and assess customer requirements.
• Utilize sales tools, collateral, and marketing materials to effectively position suitable Ormco solutions.
• Translate technical product information and clinical value into benefits for customers.
• Maintain accurate sales records using Ormco's designated CRM tools.
• Coordinate with marketing to provide competitive insights and product intelligence to management.
• Address customer complaints and suggest corrective actions.
• Stay informed about new market products and all Ormco solutions.
• Enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Keep forecasts, pipeline, market, competitor, and strategic initiative reports up to date.
• Submit expense reports in accordance with Ormco and Envista policies.
• Adhere to company policies regarding sales, customer entertainment, and customer relations.
• Bachelor's degree in preferred fields such as Biology, Business, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record in customer relationship and account management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experienced with CRM systems (SF.com or Dynamics).
• Willingness to travel, including 30% overnight stays in hotels.
• Demonstrated skills in selling, customer relationship management, and territory management.
• Ability to navigate sales processes, maintain existing relationships, and establish connections with new or competitive accounts.
• Competent in managing assigned accounts, including utilization oversight, customer relationship management, problem resolution, and business and territory planning.
• Strong verbal, written, computer, presentation, and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and adaptability.
• Preferred strong clinical and technical knowledge.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to influence both external and internal stakeholders.

• Must be able to travel to Saskatchewan and the USA.
