
Territory Sales Manager – Eastern Carolinas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Oversee customer accounts within the specified Eastern South Carolina and Eastern North Carolina region.
• Expand business segments by educating and supporting rehab clinicians and complex rehab suppliers regarding Ki Mobility, Convaid, R82, STAR, and Klaxon products, programs, and opportunities.
• Present, promote, and sell products and services to meet sales targets for the territory.
• Establish and nurture positive professional relationships with customers.
• Analyze territory and market potential utilizing Qlik, KIO, and Asset Panda for strategic planning.
• Provide insights on market needs and suggestions for product enhancements.
• Manage key accounts and enhance market penetration for product segments.
• Articulate product features, clinical benefits, pricing, and reimbursement criteria in comparison with competing products.
• Oversee the territory sample fleet and monitor sample movement through Asset Panda.
• Develop sales strategies for product categories to meet or exceed objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments regarding new and existing products.
• Schedule and conduct weekly clinical in-services for customers and clinicians.
• Attend trade shows and assist in setting up exhibition stands.
• Provide data analysis and reporting as needed.
• Organize travel-call patterns and appointment schedules for optimal efficiency.
• Serve customer locations through daily and overnight travel.
• Adhere to safety, quality standards, company requirements, and values.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Degree in a clinical field such as Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Kinesiology.
• 3–5 years of experience in the complex rehab industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Intermediate proficiency with computer applications.
• Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and enterprise software.
• Strong business acumen, including understanding of market potential, profit margins, and contract development and negotiation.
• Capability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent presentation, listening, analytical, written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to inquiries from customers and clinicians.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to lift and handle wheelchairs and other products.
• Basic proficiency in math and keen observational skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends.
• Regular driving and ability to travel daily and overnight throughout the territory.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license.
• ATP certification is preferred; clinical or sales experience or ATP certification is highly desirable.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
