This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Oversee the volume, distribution, and profitability of our Away from Home (Foodservice) products.
• Cultivate customer relationships within the Oklahoma and Arkansas markets.
• Achieve and surpass profit objectives, volume quotas, and targets for Away from Home Beverage in your designated area.
• Establish and sustain relationships within distribution and the non-commercial channel.
• Train and collaborate with distributor sales teams.
• Optimize profitable beverage sales opportunities.
• Create fundamental business plans and lead the execution of results in your territory.
• Identify operators and maintain an active pipeline.
• Make informed business decisions for customer accounts.
• Engage with key existing Operators to sustain and enhance all strategic categories.
• Manage and optimize beverage equipment placements and product throughput.
• Collaborate across functions to achieve business results.
• Implement plans and programs to maximize sales volume and operating profit objectives.
• Recognize shifts in market, industry, and competitive landscapes that present opportunities for profitable growth.
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B or B2C food sales.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs.
• Must be available for travel as needed (averaging 4 overnight trips per month).
• Preferably reside in the Oklahoma City, OK area.
• Possess a clean driving record.
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
• Experience in foodservice sales (Preferred).
• Background in working with Foodservice Distributors.
• Strong team player who collaborates effectively and supports colleagues.
• Always seeking to enhance personal skills and business acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce).
