This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee customer accounts and expand all business segments within the assigned New York territory.
• Present, promote, and sell products and services to meet territory sales objectives.
• Build, develop, and sustain professional relationships with customers.
• Assess market potential in the territory and execute strategic planning using Qlik, KIO, and Asset Panda.
• Gather market-needs insights and provide continuous feedback for product enhancement.
• Manage key accounts and enhance product-category market share.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including clinical advantages, pricing, reimbursement systems, and competing products.
• Oversee the territory sample fleet with Asset Panda and keep precise tracking records.
• Define product strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments regarding new and existing offerings.
• Schedule and conduct weekly clinical in-services for clients and clinicians.
• Participate in trade shows and assist with the setup of exhibition stands.
• Provide data analysis and reporting on product categories as required.
• Organize travel patterns and appointment schedules for optimal efficiency.
• Serve customer locations across the territory with daily and overnight travel.
• Adhere to safety, quality, company policies, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline such as Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Kinesiology.
• 3–5 years of experience in the complex rehabilitation sector.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and enterprise software.
• Strong business insight, encompassing understanding of market potential, profit margins, contracts, and negotiation skills.
• Capability to meet or surpass sales objectives.
• Excellent presentation, listening, analytical, written, oral communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Physical ability to lift, handle, load, and unload wheelchairs and other equipment.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work extended hours, including weekends.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to fulfill all physical demands of the role.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
