This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for selling Ormco products and solutions in the quantities necessary to meet and/or exceed set quotas and objectives.
• The main objective is to acquire, grow, and maintain Ormco business within each assigned account.
• Employs a consultative sales methodology to establish trust and build relationships with customers, positively influencing the business relationship with the Orthodontist and their professional and clinical team.
• Adopts an educational approach to encourage doctors and staff to purchase and utilize Ormco’s digital product offerings.
• Develops and implements sales and educational strategies, tools, and approaches to enhance customer engagement and educational activities within their territory.
• Regularly meets with a designated group of Orthodontists and their staff to promote products and services, share new product information, and gather feedback on the company's offerings.
• Travels throughout the assigned territory to organize customer meetings with both established and new accounts.
• Provides prompt responses and resolutions to customer inquiries, including product questions, quotations, pricing, terms and conditions, educational opportunities, and marketing needs.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date sales records using Ormco designated Customer Relationship Management tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, with majors in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting.
• Over 5 years of relevant industry experience, demonstrating a successful record in customer relationship and account management within the appropriate industry segment.
• Proven skills in selling, customer relationship management, and territory management, with the capability to navigate the sales process, maintain existing relationships, and develop new opportunities in competitive accounts.
• Ability to effectively manage assigned accounts by driving utilization, handling customer relationships, resolving issues, and planning business and territory strategies.
• Strong verbal, written, computer, and presentation/communication skills.
• Demonstrated capacity for critical and agile thinking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (SF.com or Dynamics).
• Willingness to travel, including 30% overnight stays in hotels.
• Proven track record of achieving top rankings year over year compared to peers in previous positions.
