Territory Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• The Territory Sales Manager is tasked with consistently surpassing established targets for new business production, direct written premium, and loss ratio objectives.

• Promotes the complete range of National General Insurance products to Independent Agency Partners.

• Drives essential business initiatives while accurately documenting sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.

• Works in collaboration with Independent Agents to aid in the development of strategic business plans, reviewing and recommending modifications as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates are required to reside in Arizona, particularly in the Phoenix and surrounding regions.

• A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred.
