Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Serve as a representative of Mondelēz in retail locations with professionalism, reliability, and excellence in execution while collaborating with Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the territory.

• Provide exceptional customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz standards and expectations.

• Conduct store visits adhering to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Capture images of displays and document execution utilizing DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays in accordance with RTM-negotiated plans.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Reinforce foundational skills and aid in the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Enhance operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future management opportunities.

• Lift, bend, and move products while complying with safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.

• Travel within assigned markets and provide assistance during staffing shortages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• A valid driver's license issued by the state of residence is required.

• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A college degree is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends.

• Ability to travel within assigned markets.

• Capability to perform frequent lifting, bending, and carrying of up to 25 lbs., with occasional lifting of over 50 lbs.

• Proficient in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles.

• Ability to maintain shelf standards, execute product rotation, and manage display execution.

• Comfortable using mobile tools and applications to follow schedules and document execution.

• Adaptable in responding to coverage requirements, seasonal priorities, and store challenges.

• Effective time and task management across multiple locations.

• Ability to reinforce foundational skills and assist with onboarding processes.
