Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in retail locations with professionalism, dependability, and exceptional execution while assisting Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the territory.

• Provide excellent customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz standards and expectations.

• Conduct store visits in accordance with Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence guidelines.

• Capture display images and document execution using DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays as per RTM-negotiated plans.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional activities.

• Foster relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Strengthen foundational skills and aid in the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Cultivate operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for potential progression into management roles.

• Comply with safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies while lifting, bending, and moving products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Valid driver's license from the state of residence is required.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A college degree is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends.

• Willingness to travel across assigned markets.

• Capable of frequently lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. and occasionally over 50 lbs.

• Ability to push and pull products.

• Proficient in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles.

• Possess a customer service-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable using mobile tools and applications.

• Demonstrate adaptability and initiative in addressing coverage needs and store challenges.

• Possess effective time and task management skills.

• Physically prepared for daily product movement.

• Ability to strengthen foundational skills and assist with onboarding.
