This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify prospective tender and bidding opportunities that align with the company’s strengths.
• Initiate and oversee tenders within internal platforms such as Zoho CRM.
• Manage incoming tender communications, including addenda, site meeting notes, registration documents, and other related administrative tasks.
• Ensure prompt distribution of tender materials to all relevant parties, including management, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist in formulating project-specific methodologies, project schedules, and Safety Management Plans as needed.
• Contribute to all aspects of bid/tender writing, collaborating with technical personnel to gather accurate and comprehensive content.
• Review RFT documentation and provide a concise summary of requirements to management.
• Keep qualitative documentation for EOIs and tenders up-to-date, including certificates, compliance letters, licenses, project profiles, personnel profiles, and past project experiences.
• Serve as the primary liaison for coordinating multiple stakeholders and their commercial contributions to tender submissions.
• Organize top-notch presentation materials, ensuring adherence to brand standards while fulfilling client needs.
• Assist in the creative design and production of tender documentation as required.
• Exhibit strong safety awareness and understanding of building and maintenance processes.
• Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with internal and external stakeholders.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a tender, bid writing, or contracts administration role within the Australian building and construction sector.
• At least 3 years of experience in responding to qualitative criteria for government or Tier 1 contractor clients.
• Proven experience in producing persuasive, well-structured written content.
• Strong capability to interpret tender requirements and formulate responses that effectively address client criteria.
• Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office and document management systems.
• Experience with online job management systems such as SimPRO, Procore, or similar platforms.
• Direct experience with Australian government or commercial procurement processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
