Tender Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Regularly monitor published tender notifications and assess identified opportunities in collaboration with key business stakeholders.

• Analyze the requirements of tenders and coordinate the qualification of opportunities with the Legal and Sales teams.

• Take ownership of and lead the processes related to tenders.

• Organize and oversee all activities from submission through response to contract signing.

• Manage timelines to ensure all deadlines are adhered to.

• Identify and address risks effectively.

• Produce high-quality proposal text and coordinate contributions from other subject matter experts.

• Oversee the proposal review process involving relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure that submission deadlines are consistently met.

• Develop robust data capture and analysis methods, providing clear reporting and tools to identify and respond to trends.

• Strive for continuous improvement of processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business-IT related fields.

• Have relevant experience in pre-sales and procurement tendering.

• Demonstrated experience in assembling and managing a cross-functional, international team.

• Comprehensive understanding of public sector procurement tendering rules and practices.

• Familiarity with best practices and methodologies in bid/tender management.

• Exceptional project management and coordination capabilities.

• In-depth institutional knowledge to facilitate consensus among subject matter experts.

• Strong communication skills.

• Persuasive with robust negotiation and coordination abilities.

• A keen eye for detail complemented by a holistic perspective.

• Proficient in English and Polish, both written and spoken.

• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines while handling multiple tenders concurrently.

• Proven track record of achieving excellent outcomes when supporting users.
