Temporary Change Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Hypercare Readiness Heatmap to track performance, backlog, and adoption metrics across various business units.

• Detect process bottlenecks, resource limitations, and productivity challenges, coordinating swift response plans with unit leaders.

• Act as the main liaison connecting operational leads, project sponsors, and hypercare triage teams.

• Compile both quantitative and qualitative data to deliver daily and weekly status updates via Executive Readiness Dashboards.

• Lead the Hypercare Command Network and Change Champions to ensure effective communication and feedback loops during business transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• 3–5+ years in Organizational Change Management, Business Operations, Transformation Management, or Consulting is preferred.

• Specific experience in managing post-go-live readiness or hypercare command centers.

• Proficiency in creating business impact heatmaps.

• Capability to monitor operational continuity metrics.

• Expertise in risk mitigation during large-scale enterprise deployments.

• Strong executive presence.

• Ability to convert qualitative user feedback and system metrics into actionable insights.

• Skills in cross-functional facilitation.

• Strategic, execution-focused, analytical, and highly organized under high-pressure go-live circumstances.

• Preference for CST or EST schedule.

• Willingness to provide coverage during nights and weekends.
