This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a high volume of customer telephone calls related to orders, product inquiries, and other questions.
• Interact with customers and address their inquiries through live chat.
• Recommend related or upgraded products through effective cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
• Inform customers about promotional items and manufacturer specials utilizing consultative sales methods.
• Address customer complaints concerning pricing discrepancies and back-ordered items.
• Escalate calls to management regarding competitor price-matching issues that fall outside established guidelines.
• Collaborate with Customer Service on product returns, re-orders, and credit matters.
• Seek manager approval for pricing overrides and restrictions on product shortages.
• Attend monthly team meetings and complete required compliance training.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, effective selling practices, and industry trends.
• Assist both internal and external customers in navigating Henry Schein and finding appropriate solutions.
• Engage in special projects and perform other assigned responsibilities.
• Achieve company quantity and quality benchmarks while adhering to company policies and Worldwide Business Standards.
• Generally, 2 or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong sales capabilities.
• Proficient negotiation skills.
• Capacity to handle a high volume of incoming calls.
• Ability to make outbound calls as required.
• Competence in learning relevant computer systems, such as AS-400, live chat platform, Salesforce, Siebel, and Workday.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Capability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer service orientation and proficiency in managing complex issues.
• Ability to plan and organize activities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information.

• Typically, a high school diploma, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training is expected.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
