Telephone Customer Support, Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide phone-based customer support on Saturdays and Sundays for clients who have already begun their vehicle registration process independently.

• Offer assistance with follow-up inquiries, technical difficulties during the ordering process, and general questions related to online vehicle registration.

• Address problem cases and, when necessary, escalate issues to the appropriate specialist departments.

• Diligently document customer concerns in our ticketing system.

• Optionally cover for colleagues during weekdays in cases of vacation or illness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone customer support.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level).

• A friendly, patient, and service-oriented approach when communicating over the phone.

• A structured and meticulous working style.

• Dependability and a commitment to regularly work on weekends.

• Proficient use of common IT systems.

• A personal quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection (for remote work).

• Preferably, experience in the automotive industry or familiarity with digital government/administrative processes.

• Knowledge of FZV, i-Kfz, or vehicle registration procedures.
