• Respond to inquiries, provide support, and follow up on requests, inquiries, and information records via both calls and written channels, in English.

• Work remotely from the comfort of your home.

• Must be of legal age.

• English proficiency of B2 level (solid conversational intermediate) or higher.

• Availability to work from home (the company provides the necessary computer equipment).

• Reside in Lima Metropolitana or Provinces (Peruvian Territory).
