This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both current and potential clients of Entel.

• Offer new lines, porting services, and additional lines.

• Provide information regarding plans, promotions, and benefits.

• Achieve the established sales objectives.

• Accurately record sales information in the system.

• Maintain a friendly and cordial demeanor with each client.

• Participate in a 9-day training program: 4 days of theory and 5 days of on-the-job training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• No prior work experience is required.

• During training, the camera must be turned on.

• Access to a laptop or PC.

• Intel i3/i5/i7 6th generation or higher, or Ryzen 3 or higher processor.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably via cable.

• Windows 10 or higher operating system.

• Must have a computer or laptop available for the training phase.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Skills: assertiveness, goal orientation, communication and persuasion, and dynamism.
