Teleoperador de Ventas C2C, Portabilidad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide Entel customers with information regarding services like porting and number portability.

• Promote Click to Call services to interested customers of Entel.

• Operate remotely from home on a national scale.

• Commit to a work schedule from Monday to Sunday within the hours of 8 AM to 10 PM, including 8 working hours plus breaks and rotating days off.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of junior high school education.

• Previous experience in call center environments or direct sales.

• Access to a laptop or desktop computer for remote operations.

• Intel Core i3 processor or newer (6th generation or later), Ryzen 3, or AMD8 or newer.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Operating system: Windows 10 or 11.

• Solid-state drive with at least 75 GB of free space on drive C.

• Reliable wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• Willingness to work full-time.

• Available Monday to Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM, with rotating days off.
