Teleoperador de Ventas C2C, Portabilidad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Promote ENTEL services to potential customers, including porting options.

• Operate as a public click-to-call teleoperator.

• Oversee remote sales activities from home across the country.

• Participate in a comprehensive 12-day training program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of junior high school education.

• Prior experience in call-center or face-to-face sales.

• Access to a laptop or desktop computer for remote work.

• Processor requirements: Intel Core i3 sixth generation or newer, Ryzen 3 or newer, or AMD8 or newer.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Operating system: Windows 10 or 11.

• Solid-state drive with at least 75 GB of free space on the C drive.

• A wired internet connection with a speed of at least 50 Mbps.

• Availability for fixed full-time shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 8 AM and 10 PM, including 8 working hours and breaks.

• Rotating days off.

• Willingness to complete the 12-day training from 9 AM to 5 PM.

• This position is open to individuals with disabilities and those who have undergone psychosocial rehabilitation.
