Telemedicine Palliative & Pain Management Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate patients within a telemedicine setting

• Deliver palliative care and pain management to optimize patient outcomes

• Prescribe and renew medications as needed

• Identify and record patient diagnoses

• Ensure complete satisfaction for all patients

• Educate and manage both patients and their families

• Document findings and treatment plans in patient records, including follow-up notes

• Engage actively in departmental initiatives to enhance training methods and meet company objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid NP or PA license in Georgia

• Must hold an active DEA license
