Telemarketing Operator – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish outbound communication with pharmacies across Brazil;

• Showcase solutions and negotiate sales proposals;

• Identify new clients while nurturing relationships with current accounts;

• Follow up on sales opportunities until they are finalized;

• Document all interactions within the CRM system;

• Track sales metrics and objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in outbound telemarketing;

• Background in selling to pharmacies, drugstores, or distributors in the pharmaceutical industry;

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities;

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications;

• Well-organized, disciplined, and commercially focused;

• Home office setup required (including computer, reliable internet connection, and suitable workspace).
